This first stage includes a development of more than 100 hectares with a unique urban acupuncture urbanism, respecting 70% of green area, being the first of eight more villages distributed in the two thousand hectares of Amaitlan Garden City.

The first stage of Amaitlan GardenCity will constitute a minimum of 9 lakes, one of them which is totally finished, and the others are under construction.

BEACH CLUB
The first stage of Amaitlan Garden City will have a Beach Club that will ensure the conservation and protection of the dune.
It will feature shaded areas, gardening, cycle and pedestrian paths, electric vehicle paths, as well as spa and restaurant services.

VILLAGE
The existing village in Stone Island, is going to have a regeneration through "urban acupunctures" proposed by Jaime Lerner in his master plan.
In addition, a new adjacent village is going to be created within the first stage; being architecturally planned from beginning to end. The extension will have a convention center, a hotel and hospital area, an educational area and a new dock.
